TIME: Registration & Driving Range 7:00 - 7:45AM. Tee-off
at 8:00 AM
PLACE: Chapel Hill Golf Club 7516 Johnstown Road Mt. Vernon,
OH 43050
ENTRY FEE:
$85.00 per person includes lunch at the turn, steak dinner, beverages
& specialty prizes. We encourage you to Pre-Pay before the
outing through Paypal or credit card online.
Format:
Tournament will be played in Scramble with 4-person teams.
If you do not enter a team list, you will be placed with others.
Mulligans and skirts will be available
for cash purchase at registration.
* Unlimited Mulligans-- Each Mulligan is $5.00. They may be used
on any shot or putt. Only the person redeeming their Mulligan
may play the Mulligan, please.
* You may purchase one Skirt for $5.00. This allows a man the
opportunity to tee off from the ladies’ tee box on one hole.
One per person. CAN’T BE USED ON PROXIMITY HOLE!
Team may sign up and pay to play in skins
at registration
($20/team - cash only)
Refunds will not be given for "no-shows".

Sponsorship Fee: $100 (includes green fees
for one player, cart, lunch and dinner, company name on in-cart
